How it all started

DRC was founded in 1982 as a pilot project co-sponsored by the Ramsey County Bar Association, the City of Saint Paul, and the Minnesota Supreme Court. DRC is the oldest community mediation program in Minnesota. Our restorative work is driven by the needs of the community. We focus our efforts in the areas of Diversion, Youth Programming, Community Healing Circles of Support, and Mediation.

AREAS OF FOCUS

FROM CLASSROOMS TO COURTHOUSES, WE CREATE A SAFE AND HEALING SPACE WHERE EVERY VOICE IS HEARD, AND PEOPLE CAN BUILD A CULTURE OF COLLABORATION IN A RANGE OF DIVERSE SETTINGS.

AT DRC, WE ARE TRANSFORMING RELATIONSHIPS IN REAL TIME.
