DRC provides free housing mediation services regarding landlords, tenants, and homeowners cases.*

 

If you are in need of housing mediation services, please contact us for more info regarding our fees.

*If you would like to request mediation, please email Mediation@drc-mn.org for more information

* A $25 refundable fee will be charged per participant to a Community Mediation session. However, the fee will be kept by the organization if the mediation is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled mediation. Deposits will be returned within 24 hours upon completion of the mediation. (not applicable to eligible HSS).
